secret weapon
My routine, especially my morning routine, is one of my greatest secret weapons. Itâs where I learned to believe in myself, where I became confident AF đ¤
I encourage everyone of my clients (and all of you đ) to develop your own secret weapon. My advice for routines is much like my advice for âwhich planner you should getâ- get the one that will work for you. Develop a routine that works for you. One that you will actually do. One that elevates your vibe.
For me i get up on purpose and with purpose - i set my alarm and donât hit snooze. Letâs do this, is on repeat in my mind the moment my eyes open.
I move my body - I love endorphins, I love how I feel after I workout and I want to live as long as I can â¤ď¸to be really honest, i also enjoy seeing my abs.
I make my life easier - maybe itâs a load of laundry, maybe itâs organizing my refrigerator, maybe i make dinner - 15 mins of uninterrupted chores feels like iâve taken on the world, makes me want to do a touchdown dance đđź
I elevate my vibe - maybe itâs listening to a matthew mcconaughey speech or Honky Tonk Women (loudly with my airpods). I might read the daily passage from Journey to the Heart or look at my daughtersâ school work. When iâm lucky, I have a hot cup of coffee with my husband and we shoot the breeze or stair at the wall - feeding my soul is an absolute must!
If you are new to routines, start simple and build from there.
If your routine bores you or isnât working - tweet it, change it, but please donât keep doing it because itâs what you have always done.
Develop a routine that works for you and the season youâre in.
Go get-âem đ¤
