Right on Broadway, it is a space that feels thoughtful in all the ways that matter: sauna blankets when you need a reset, a walking pad to keep you moving, extra monitors, and outlets exactly where you need them.
The big, beautiful patio has quickly become a favorite spot, whether you are hosting an event, taking a call in the sun, or grabbing a moment of fresh air between tasks. At Ecco, you are not just finding a desk, you are finding a community and a place that makes your day feel a little easier and a lot more inspiring.

A day pass is valid for one person only.Access
Day pass members can access all unreserved common areas and workspaces, the outdoor space, snack bar, wellness amenities, and the meditation space. If the podcast equipment is available while they are here, they are welcome to use it in a common area.Private office space is not included in a day pass. Even if the doors are open, day pass members do not have access to these rooms. If privacy is needed for podcasting or any other reason, private offices are available upon upgrading to a monthly or yearly membership.

And if you’re not sure, feel free to check in with me.

Private events involve outside guests, exclusive use of the space, and often a specific setup or structure. These are available only to monthly and yearly members and must be booked in advance.If you're planning something with non-members, a specific start time, or changes to the setup, it’s considered a private event. I’m happy to talk through what you’re planning to make sure it fits.
Reserving An Area
Monthly and yearly members can reserve private offices or meeting rooms as part of their regular membership. Guests are welcome, as long as the overall tone of the space—focused, calm, and professional—remains respected.Day pass users may reserve open common areas when available, but private rooms are not included.
Here’s the simplest way to tell the difference:
If you’re reserving space for your own workday or a quiet collaboration, it’s a standard reservation.
If your plans involve guests, a reworked setup, or a hosted experience, that’s a private event.Both types of use are welcome. It’s just about choosing what fits.

Monthly Membership

Co-work Access: all workstations, the outdoor space, podcast equipment (2 Microphones, 2 Headphones, Zoom H8 8-Input / 12-Track Portable Handy Recorder), wellness amenities, and the meditation space.
Private Office Rental: includes 4 hours of free private office rental per month (reservations are made in hourly increments). Additional hours can be reserved for $25 per hour (in 1 hour increments).
Private Events: Monthly Members are allotted 4 hours of private event space use per month (additional hours will be a reduced fee of $50 per hour)
Access to High-Speed Internet: Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is provided to ensure that members can work efficiently.
